    2hrs between meals +1

    Had to skip the WOD on Monday…(Back)

    Breakfast:

    3-eggs with spinach, onions
    Turkey patty
    guacamole +2

    Snack was:
    Apple
    Chicken breast
    handful of macadamia nuts +2

    Lunch:

    salad with chicken, vinegar and oil dressing
    carrots+2

    Afternoon snack:

    Handful of cashews, walnuts, almonds, raisins, cranberries +2

    Dinner:
    A large bowl of Mel’s Chili, with some sauteed Zucchini, and squash
    1 Paleo biscuit and sunbutter +2

    Wow, I had 5 meals today +1

    Total for today 14… 🙂

  2. Tuesday

    12/06/11

    64+ oz of water +1
    3 grams of fish oil +1
    2hrs between meals +1

    Did the Tuesday WOD, time was 24:55

    Breakfast:
    Turkey Pattie
    Apple
    handful of cashews, walnuts, almonds+2

    Lunch:
    Salad with carrots, spinach, radishes, oil and vinegar, bacon oil and vinegar
    Beef stew with without the potatoes +1

    Afternoon snack:
    handful of macadamia nuts+2

    Dinner:
    Flower Pie (just like shepherds pie, except it is made with cauliflower instead of potatoes) made with grass fed ground bison.

    1 paleo biscuit with sunbutter

    Handful of chopped dates +2

    Points for today 10

    Breakfast:
    Chicken Breast
    carrots
    handful of Macadamia nuts+2

    Lunch:
    Fajita Chicken salad with guacamole, and salsa dressing+2

    Dinner:
    Beef stew with carrots, celery, green beans, sweet potatoes
    Paleo biscuit with sun butter +2

    Evening snack
    2- date/almond/coconut cookies +2

    2hrs between meals +1

    No WOD Today

    Breakfast:

    3-eggs with garlic and spinach
    bacon
    coffee +2

    Early snack
    Chicken Breast
    4-Date, Almond, coconut cookies +2

    Lunch
    Client lunch today, so it was Fajita’s at Pappasitos
    HOWEVER!! I did not eat the rice and beans, and I had corn tortillas instead of Flour. i did have a few chips, SO -2

    Dinner:
    Left over Flower Pie (just like shepherds pie, except it is made with cauliflower instead of potatoes) made with grass fed ground bison.
    1 paleo biscuit+2

    Cheat lunch today
    Buffalo Chicken strips and french fries -2

    cauliflower Pie (just like shepherds pie, except it is made with cauliflower instead of potatoes) made with grass fed ground bison.
    salad with walnuts, cranberries and Annie’s Natural ranch dressing.(No preservatives, Gluten free,soy free) +2

    Late snack
    Handful of chopped dates +2

    1-slice of pizza -2 (No Choice)

    Dinner
    Spaghetti and meat sauce(spaghetti squash)
    meat sauce made with grass fed bison
    Apple+2

    almonds
    Steak +2

    Total points 10
